Hop on the bike worry-free at RAAT Bike Rental.
No excess is required in case of theft. Always report theft as soon as possible. You are required to file a police report, and you must still have the bike key in your possession.
In case of theft or damage, as long as the Carefree On the Road package is active and you are within the Schoorl Dunes area or within 25 kilometers of it, you will receive a replacement bike.
You can cancel free of charge up until 10:00 AM on the day your rental begins. You will receive a full refund of the rental cost.
The Carefree On the Road package costs 10% of the total rental price. The package is automatically activated when you pick up the bike and ends when you return it.
Damage you cause to others with your rental bike is not covered. You need liability insurance (AVP) for this.
You do not have to pay a deductible for damage. Always report any damage as soon as possible.
